About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and creative Architect / Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with clients and execution teams, and ensuring designs are practical, functional, and aesthetically strong.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare 2D drawings, working drawings, layouts, and detailed design plans.
- Create 3D models and realistic presentations/renders.
- Prepare space planning, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, elevations, and sections.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits and understand site conditions and measurements.
- Ensure designs comply with project requirements and technical standards.
- Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
- Coordinate design drawings with execution and site teams.
- Assist in material selection, finishes, furniture, lighting, and other design elements.
- Maintain project drawings, design documentation, and revisions.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit or similar design software.
