Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic, content-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and elevate our digital presence. Working from our prime Sector 18 office, you will drive online engagement, optimize our e-commerce visibility, and bring our spiritual brand to life. A core focus of this role will be executing our video content strategy. You will work closely with our content writer and internal team to script, edit, and deploy high-engaging video and digital campaigns across social media, search, paid ads, and YouTube.
Immediate Mission: Scale our social media and YouTube presence through high-quality video content, boost website traffic, and drive digital sales!
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media & YouTube Management: Actively manage and grow our Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube channels. Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and actively build our online community.
- Video Production & Editing (Core): End-to-end editing of engaging video content-including YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, and Shorts, ensuring high-quality visual and audio production.
- Digital & SEO: Implement basic on-page and off-page SEO strategies to boost organic rankings for our e-commerce store and astrology services.
- Content & Design: Create visually appealing graphics and promotional creatives using tools like Canva to support daily posts and campaigns.
- Paid Campaigns: Assist in creating and monitoring basic Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads to drive product sales and consultation bookings.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track website traffic, social media engagement, and ad ROI using Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Hard Requirement: Proficient hands-on experience in video editing using professional software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent industry-standard software like Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve). If not CapCut or InShot knowledge should be there.
- Solid understanding of Social Media Management (SMM), YouTube optimization, and digital marketing trends.
- Proven ability to edit video content optimized for different platforms (formatting for Reels vs. YouTube).
- Proficiency in Canva or basic graphic design tools for quick creative turnarounds.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress (or similar CMS), and ad platforms (Meta/Google).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- A creative, data-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Bonus: Prior experience in e-commerce or an interest in astrology/spirituality.
