CTC: Up to ₹6.5 LPA (Based on Experience & Interview Performance)
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Compliance Officer to ensure our organization's quality management systems comply with applicable standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quality compliance, documentation, audits, and continuous improvement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain and improve the organization's Quality Management System (QMS).
- Plan, conduct, and coordinate internal audits and support external certification audits.
- Prepare, review, and maintain compliance-related documentation, SOPs, manuals, and records.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance with ISO standards and statutory requirements.
- Conduct compliance training and awareness sessions for employees.
- Identify compliance risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare audit reports, compliance reports, and management review documents.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Compliance, Quality Assurance, or Quality Management role.
- Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or ISO/IEC 17020 Lead Auditor (Mandatory).
- Good understanding of Quality Management Systems, internal audits, CAPA, risk assessment, and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Third-Party Inspection (TPI), Inspection Agencies, or Engineering Services will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple compliance activities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach toward quality improvement.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
