Job Summary
Infinity Crest Group Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Civil Engineer – Site Operations to support construction activities at project sites in East Tambaram, Chennai.
The role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating labour and materials, reviewing AutoCAD drawings, monitoring work progress, and supporting the timely execution of construction work.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the assigned site.
- Coordinate with labourers and site supervisors.
- Guide workers regarding daily site activities.
- Monitor construction materials and their usage.
- Review and analyze AutoCAD drawings for site execution.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and project requirements.
- Monitor construction quality and site safety practices.
- Identify site-level technical issues and coordinate for resolution.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and execution activities.
- Monitor daily work progress and maintain site updates.
- Coordinate with the project team for smooth construction operations.
Requirements
- B.E. Civil Engineering qualification.
- 2–5 years of experience in Site Engineering or Construction.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Understanding of construction site operations.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise workers and manage daily site activities.
- Candidates from East Tambaram and nearby areas are preferred.
