Job Title: HR Executive / HR Generalist

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive HR professional to manage day-to-day human resource operations. The role involves handling recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, compliance coordination, and supporting a positive workplace environment while working closely with both plant and office teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
- Maintain attendance and leave records; coordinate with payroll for timely salary processing
- Assist in statutory compliance processes such as PF, ESI, and labour-related documentation in coordination with external consultants
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and reports (MIS)
- Support employee engagement activities and workplace initiatives
- Address employee queries and concerns in a professional manner
- Assist in implementing HR policies and processes including performance management
- Coordinate with internal teams for manpower planning and workforce requirements
- Prepare periodic reports for management review
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
- 3–6 years of experience in HR generalist role
- Prior exposure to manufacturing / plant environment is preferred
- Basic understanding of statutory compliance and payroll processes
- Good communication skills (English and Hindi/Bengali preferred)
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Familiarity with HR software/tools is an added advantage
