Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and business needs.
- Explain company services and offerings in a professional manner.
- Generate and qualify leads for the business development team.
- Maintain customer records and update interaction details in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for effective customer handling.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Candidate Profile
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office applications.
- Strong listening and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
