Job description:
PivotRoots is looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage the front desk and handle administrative support activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain the reception area ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Manage visitor entries and maintain visitor logs.
Call & Communication Handling
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Take and relay messages accurately to the concerned departments.
- Handle basic email communication when required.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate with internal teams for meeting room bookings.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for meetings.
- Handle courier dispatch and incoming courier management.
- Maintain records of office supplies and coordinate for replenishment when required.
Office Coordination
- Assist in coordinating with housekeeping and facility management.
- Support HR or Admin team with basic documentation
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
