1. End‑to‑End Asset Lifecycle Management
Own the complete lifecycle of EUC assets including procurement, deployment, maintenance, refresh, recovery, and secure disposal.
2. Asset Inventory & ServiceNow Management
Maintain accurate and auditable EUC asset records in ServiceNow, ensuring correct tagging, user/location mapping, and data integrity.
3. Compliance, Governance & Audit Support
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements; support internal and external audits with reports and evidence.
4. Security & Risk Management
Partner with security teams to manage risks related to lost, stolen, or non‑compliant devices and provide asset data for incident investigations.
5. Vendor & Procurement Coordination
Coordinate with procurement and vendors for asset ordering, returns, warranty management, SLA tracking, and entitlement validation.
6. Stakeholder & User Coordination (MACD)
Act as the primary point of contact for EUC asset queries and support Moves, Adds, Changes, and Decommissioning in coordination with IT, HR, and workplace teams.
7. Reporting & Metrics Management
Produce regular reports on asset utilization, aging, compliance, inventory accuracy, and costs to support operational and leadership decision‑making.
8. Transition & Continuous Improvement
Support EUC transitions (new vendors, tools, or operating models), maintain SOPs and knowledge documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
