We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can drive data-driven decision-making, optimize business processes, and support strategic initiatives across our academic and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from academic, admissions, placement, and management teams.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and process flow diagrams.
- Create dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support business decisions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and implement technology-driven solutions.
- Analyze student, admissions, sales, and operational data to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Coordinate with software vendors and internal IT teams for ERP/CRM enhancements.
- Monitor KPIs and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and automation projects.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of new features and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Education, EdTech, Training, or Service Industry.
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis and requirement gathering.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, Student Management Systems, or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar documentation tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with academic, operations, sales, and technology teams.
