About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Process Associate to manage the onboarding and day-to-day coordination of new business verticals and new clients. This role sits at the intersection of client servicing, internal team coordination, and data/reporting — ideal for someone with strong communication skills (English and Tamil) who is comfortable working across Excel/Google Sheets and multiple business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle onboarding and process setup for new verticals and new clients, understanding requirements and translating them into workable processes.
- Act as the coordination point between the in-house team and external/client-side teams to ensure smooth information flow and task closure.
- Share daily updates with clients on process status, pending items, and turnaround timelines.
- Compile, consolidate, and maintain reports from multiple data sources; ensure accuracy and timely submission.
- Track and manage data across Excel/Google Sheets — data entry, validation, formatting, and basic formula-based reporting.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients — written (email/chat) and verbal (calls) — in both English and Tamil.
- Flag process gaps, delays, or escalations to the reporting manager in a timely manner.
- Support process documentation (SOPs, trackers, checklists) as new verticals are added.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; working proficiency in Tamil is a priority/preferred.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets (data entry, sorting/filtering, basic formulas, pivot tables a plus).
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills — able to manage multiple stakeholders (internal + client) simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and present data accurately.
- Graduate in any discipline.
Preferred Attributes
- Prior exposure to client-facing coordination or process/back-office operations.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly when new verticals/clients are added.
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach to daily reporting and follow-ups.
