APPWRK IT Solutions is looking for a Marketing Head / Manager – GTM & Automation who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This role is focused on building and scaling Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies powered by automation, driving predictable demand, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
The ideal candidate understands modern B2B marketing, automation-led growth, and has experience in positioning IT services companies in competitive markets.

Design and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for services, solutions, and target industries

Define ICPs, buyer personas, messaging, and channel strategy

Identify new growth opportunities across geographies and verticals

Build and manage automation workflows using tools like n8n, Clay, Zapier, HubSpot, etc.

Automate lead generation, enrichment, outreach, nurturing, and reporting

Continuously optimize workflows for scale, efficiency, and conversion

Drive inbound and outbound demand generation campaigns

Leverage LinkedIn, cold outreach, email automation, SEO, paid campaigns, and content

Build predictable pipelines through experimentation and iteration

Work closely with Sales/BD teams to ensure marketing-to-revenue alignment

Own funnel metrics: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, CAC, ROI

Improve lead quality and conversion rates across the funnel

Position APPWRK IT Solutions as a strong player in the IT services ecosystem

Craft compelling narratives, value propositions, and differentiation strategies

Lead content strategy (case studies, landing pages, outbound scripts, thought leadership)

Run rapid growth experiments across channels and campaigns

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors

Build and lead a performance-driven marketing function (if applicable)

6+ years of experience in B2B marketing / demand generation / growth marketing (preferably IT services or SaaS)

Strong hands-on experience with GTM strategy and execution

Proven expertise in marketing automation tools (n8n, Clay, Zapier, HubSpot, etc.)

Experience building automated outbound and inbound funnels

Strong understanding of lead generation, enrichment, and outreach systems

Ability to connect marketing efforts directly to revenue outcomes
