Position: Primary Teacher / Pre-Primary Teacher

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (depending on experience, qualification & school)
Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic, dedicated, and responsible Primary and Pre-Primary Teachers for reputed schools across Bihar. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing quality education, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and supporting the overall academic and personal development of students.
Primary Teacher – Key Responsibilities
- Teach students from Classes I to V according to the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare and deliver engaging daily lesson plans.
- Explain concepts clearly using age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Conduct classwork, homework, tests, and assessments.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide individual support where required.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Encourage students to participate in academic and co-curricular activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Maintain required academic and student records.
- Participate in school meetings, events, activities, and teacher training programs.
Pre-Primary Teacher – Key Responsibilities
- Teach and care for children at the Pre-Nursery, Nursery, LKG and UKG levels.
- Create a safe, friendly, and engaging classroom environment.
- Plan activities involving stories, rhymes, music, art, games, and basic learning concepts.
- Develop children's early literacy, numeracy, communication, social, and motor skills.
- Encourage positive behaviour and good habits among young learners.
- Monitor individual children's development and progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's activities and development.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
- Participate in school celebrations, activities, and events.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate / relevant teaching qualification preferred.
- D.El.Ed / D.Ed / B.Ed / NTT / Montessori training will be an advantage, depending on the school requirement.
- Previous teaching experience preferred, but freshers may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English communication is preferred/mandatory as per school requirement.
- Passion for teaching and working with children.
- Patient, caring, creative, and responsible personality.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively.
- Willingness to relocate to the assigned school location in Bihar.
