We are looking for a Junior Site Supervisor to assist in overseeing interior fit-out projects and ensure smooth day-to-day site operations. The candidate will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team to support timely project execution while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily site activities.
- Monitor work progress and report updates to the senior team.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other workers.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and project specifications.
- Check materials delivered to the site and maintain site records.
- Identify and report site-related issues.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness at the project site.
- Attend site meetings and maintain daily progress reports.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in interior fit-out, construction, or site supervision.
- Basic knowledge of interior materials and site execution.
- Ability to read technical drawings is an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Must have a two-wheeler.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
