A Food and Beverage (F&B) Executive manages daily restaurant, banquet, or catering operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and profitability. - Operations Management: Oversee daily Front-of-House (FOH) and Back-of-House (BOH) operations, conduct floor walk-throughs, and ensure proper equipment maintenance and dining area cleanliness.
- Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and schedule staff. Conduct pre-shift briefings, monitor grooming, and delegate tasks to guarantee seamless service.
- Financial & Budget Control: Manage budgets, analyze sales and cost data, and monitor payroll to reduce food/beverage costs and maximize profitability.
- Inventory & Procurement: Complete scheduled inventory audits, enforce proper storage, and replenish supplies to minimize waste and prevent spoilage.
- Quality & Compliance: Conduct regular checks on food preparation and presentation. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP).
- Guest Relations & Sales: Resolve customer complaints, gather feedback, and promote F&B offerings or banquet events to drive revenue.
