Unilights.co is a lighting solutions company specializing in exterior façade lighting, landscape lighting, architectural lighting, decorative lighting, and customized lighting installations across residential, commercial, hospitality, and large-scale projects.
We are looking for a proactive and ownership-driven Project Executive who can independently manage lighting execution projects from start to completion while coordinating with clients, vendors, site teams, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of lighting and electrical installation projects across multiple sites.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure timely project execution while adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
- Supervise on-site installation teams and monitor day-to-day project progress.
- Handle client communication professionally and resolve project-related issues efficiently.
- Take ownership of project delivery without constant supervision.
- Visit project sites regularly across Mumbai and other cities based on project requirements.
- Ensure proper material coordination, installation quality, and site readiness.
- Maintain project reports, timelines, snag lists, and completion documentation.
- Work closely with design and technical teams for smooth project execution.
- Resolve site challenges proactively and maintain strong coordination between all stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in project execution within lighting, interior design, architecture, electrical, or design-build industries.
- Strong client handling and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle pressure and site challenges calmly.
- Good leadership, coordination, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Understanding of architectural/interior project execution processes.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of assigned projects.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and project coordination.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in:
- Lighting industry
- Interior design execution
- Architectural projects
- Electrical site execution
- Design-build firms
will be preferred.
