Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and supervise interior and turnkey project execution at sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with vendors, contractors, and labor teams while ensuring quality work, timely completion, and smooth site operations for Residential, commercial projects including hotels, PGs, and retail outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise complete on-site interior and turnkey project execution.
- Supervise complete on-site interior, civil, and MEP work execution.
- Coordinate and monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other MEP activities at site.
- Ensure all MEP work is executed as per drawings, standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with MEP vendors, contractors, and technicians for smooth execution.
- Monitor quality, safety, and finishing standards of all site activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, electricians, painters, and labor teams.
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, timelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor daily site activities and maintain progress reports.
- Handle site measurements, material management, and site coordination.
- Ensure proper finishing and timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with design and project management teams for smooth execution.
- Resolve on-site issues and maintain safety standards.
- Visit multiple project sites whenever required.
Requirements
- Experience in interior fit-out, turnkey projects, and MEP coordination preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MEP drawings and site execution processes.
- Ability to coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work at project sites.
- Experience in commercial interiors, hotels, retail outlets, or turnkey projects.
- Basic understanding of interior drawings and execution processes.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and deadlines.
- Knowledge of site measurements and material handling.
- Willingness to travel for site work if required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
