Role Overview
We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive who will identify, connect with and manage influencers to help execute successful influencer marketing campaigns. The role requires strong communication, coordination and relationship-building skills while working closely with internal teams and creators.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify relevant influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators and talent agencies.
- Plan, execute and manage influencer marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with influencers on content deliverables, timelines and campaign requirements.
- Negotiate commercials, deliverables and timelines.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Track campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Stay updated on social media trends, influencer marketing and competitor activities.
- Work closely with the Creative and Social Media teams for smooth campaign execution.
What We're Looking For
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media or Digital Marketing.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns.
- Creative mindset with an interest in social media trends.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
