Job description : Team lead Web UI ( React JS)
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of UI developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable, and responsive web user interfaces using React JS.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to define and deliver innovative solutions.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience across various browsers and devices.
- Contribute to the architectural design and technical direction of frontend applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 Year of professional experience in Web UI development, with a significant focus on React JS.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5 & CSS3.
- In-depth experience with state management libraries like Redux / Redux Toolkit and a solid understanding of React Hooks.
- Proven experience with REST API Integration.
- Basic understanding of Node.js.
- Experience with modern frontend build pipelines and tools.
- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum CGPA: 5.0
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Team lead Web UI ( React JS)
