Job Title: CA Trainee
Work Mode: Work from Office
Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns such as GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6, GSTR-7, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C
-
Perform reconciliation of GSTR-2B with purchase register and identify ITC discrepancies
-
Support in preparation and filing of GST refund applications including exports, inverted duty structure, and excess balance
-
Assist in preparation of replies to GST notices, departmental queries, and audit requirements
-
Work on GST compliance tracker including due dates, LUT filings, and e-way bill reconciliations
-
Conduct research on GST provisions, notifications, circulars, and relevant case laws
-
Assist in preparation of ITC eligibility workings, reversals, and utilization computations
-
Support in data collection, client communication, and preparation of compliance checklists

Assist in GST registrations, amendments, and cancellation applications
-
Support in GST reconciliations including turnover reconciliation and books vs returns analysis
-
Assist in preparation of annual return workings and reconciliation for GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C, including books vs returns vs financials reconciliation
Skills Required:

Basic understanding of GST provisions

Good working knowledge of Excel

Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

Good written and verbal communication

Ability to manage multiple assignments
