We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to increase student admissions and build strong relationships with parents and the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the school to increase admissions for Nursery, LKG, UKG, and Primary classes.
- Visit residential areas, apartments, businesses, hospitals, tuition centres, and local organizations to generate admissions.
- Build relationships with parents and community leaders.
- Organize admission campaigns, school events, roadshows, and awareness programs.
- Coordinate pamphlet distribution, banners, and outdoor marketing activities.
- Manage social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Business Profile).
- Follow up with admission enquiries and convert leads into admissions.
- Maintain records of enquiries, visits, and admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, admissions, or business development.
- Experience in school or educational marketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and social media marketing.
