Job Title: IT Recruiter ( Fresher- Junior)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Junior IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for various IT positions while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and evaluate candidate fitment.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Build talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offer discussions, and onboarding activities.
Qualification:
- B.Tech/B.E. (Mandatory)
- MBA
- HR Internship experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment preferred
