JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a result-driven and strategic Sales Lead to lead the parent enrolment function, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performance sales team. This role involves ownership of the complete sales funnel from lead to enrolment, along with team management and process building.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Own and drive end-to-end parent enrolment and revenue targets
Lead, manage, and build the sales team for consistent performance
Design and implement sales processes, scripts, and conversion strategies
Monitor lead flow, follow-ups, and conversion metrics across the funnel
Work closely with Marketing for lead quality, campaigns, and optimization
Coordinate with Operations for smooth handover and service readiness
Track performance, set targets, and conduct regular team reviews
Identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and new revenue channels
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
