Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our growth-focused marketing team. The ideal candidate is a hybrid marketer who excels at both Organic SEO and Paid Performance Marketing across major platforms. Your primary objective will be to execute high-quality lead generation campaigns and optimize our digital presence to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.
Job Overview
● Job Location: BTM Layout 2nd Stage, Bengaluru
● Work Mode: Full-Time | On-site | 6-day Week Key Responsibilities 1. Paid Advertising (PPC & Social Ads)
● Plan, set up, and manage end-to-end campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
● Create and optimize YouTube Ads to drive brand awareness and conversions.
● Monitor daily budgets, bid strategies, and performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS). 2. B2B & B2C Lead Generation & Outreach
● Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, segment, and engage with high-value prospects.
● Implement organic and paid LinkedIn strategies to build a robust B2B/B2C sales funnel. 3. SEO & Organic Growth
● Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page optimization to improve organic rankings.
● Analyze website traffic and user behavior to suggest SEO-driven content improvements. ● Manage organic lead generation tactics through content distribution and community engagement.
● Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards.
● Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates. Required Skills & Qualifications
● Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a Digital Marketing role.
● Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube Advertising.
● Sales Tools: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead prospecting.
● SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, backlinking, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz).
● Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable marketing strategies.
● Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for ad copywriting and reporting.
● Comfortable working 6 days a week Preferred Qualifications
● Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint.
● Experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce).
● Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools for quick ad creative tweaks.
