- Operate blow moulding machines according to established SOPs.
- Set up machines, install moulds, and perform product changeovers as required.
- Monitor machine parameters and adjust settings to maintain product quality.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Record production data, machine parameters, and rejection rates accurately.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance tasks.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues, escalating major problems.
- Ensure raw materials are available and loaded correctly for production.
- Segregate defective products and follow quality control procedures.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and housekeeping standards at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Basic knowledge of machine operation and maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
