We connect devotees living abroad with experienced pandits in India, enabling them to participate in sacred rituals and ceremonies from anywhere in the world keeping them connected to their roots and traditions.
JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Manager to build, manage, and grow Puja At Home's presence across social platforms. You will be responsible for creating compelling content that resonates with our NRI audience and showcases the beauty of Indian traditions and virtual puja services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & WhatsApp
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short videos around puja & Indian festivals
- Grow followers and engagement organically across all platforms
- Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Engage with the NRI community — respond to DMs, comments, and queries
- Collaborate with the design team for creatives and video content
- Track social media analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Stay updated on festival calendar and plan content around key puja dates
- Identify trends and apply them creatively to the brand
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook & YouTube pages
- Strong content writing skills in Hindi and/or English
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools
- Understanding of Meta Business Suite & social media analytics
- Knowledge of hashtag strategies and SEO for social media
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics
- Good understanding of Indian culture, festivals & traditions
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency
- Portfolio of handled social media accounts or content is mandatory
