Cevex Events & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is a leading event management company specializing in corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, weddings, brand activations, and experiential events. We are looking for a talented and experienced Event 3D Visualizer who can transform creative concepts into realistic event designs while working closely with clients and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality 3D concepts and realistic visualizations for corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, conferences, and other special events.
- Understand client requirements and convert ideas into creative, practical, and production-ready designs.
- Prepare stage layouts, venue concepts, fabrication details, branding elements, and event space designs.
- Attend client meetings and virtual client calls to present concepts and incorporate feedback.
- Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and creative discussions with the design and event teams.
- Coordinate with all departments, including Sales, Client Servicing, Production, Operations, Procurement, and Execution teams.
- Work closely with the production team during event execution to ensure that the final setup matches the approved 3D design.
- Conduct venue visits whenever required to understand space limitations and design possibilities.
- Ensure designs are technically feasible and can be executed within the approved budget and timeline.
- Make revisions based on client feedback and project requirements while maintaining quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest event design trends, materials, lighting concepts, and visualization techniques.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Event 3D Visualizer in the event management industry.
- Hands-on experience in designing both Corporate Events and Wedding Events.
- Strong knowledge of event structures, stage fabrication, décor elements, and production processes.
- Excellent visualization, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to attend client meetings, internal team meetings, venue visits, and site inspections.
- Ready to travel along with the production team whenever required to ensure design accuracy during execution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Software Proficiency
Candidates should have strong working knowledge of:
- 3ds Max
- SketchUp
- AutoCAD
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Lumion (Preferred)
- Enscape (Preferred)
- Any other relevant 3D visualization and rendering software
Language Requirements
Candidates should be able to communicate in:
- English
- Malayalam
- Hindi
- Tamil
