Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales & Business Development Intern who is passionate about sales, enjoys interacting with people, and wants to build a career in business development. The intern will assist in generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and supporting the sales team in acquiring new business.
This internship offers practical exposure to B2B and B2C sales, client relationship management, and business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and online platforms.
- Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Assist in acquiring new clients and building long-term business relationships.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up with potential clients to ensure timely responses.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and client communications.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities.
- Work closely with the team to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
Eligibility
- Final-year students or recent graduates (Any Stream).
- Strong interest in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Financial Services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is preferred.
