Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Manager or similar role.
- Experience in Insurance/Real Estate/Hospitality is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the Real Estate- Bangalore Market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
