Looking for Business Manager – NRI Business
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Manager – NRI Business to drive business growth, manage NRI banking products, and support strategic initiatives through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have experience in NRI Banking, Product Management, Sales, and Business Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive acquisition and growth of the NRI customer portfolio.
- Manage and promote NRI banking products and services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and business metrics.
- Prepare MIS reports and business dashboards for management.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to improve customer experience.
- Identify business opportunities and recommend product enhancements.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and referral partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal banking policies.
Candidate Requirements:
- MBA is mandatory.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Banking, preferably in NRI Banking or Liability Business.
- Experience in Product Management and Sales.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and business reporting.
- Knowledge of NRI products, FEMA regulations, remittances, and liability products will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Preferred Background:
Candidates from leading private sector banks such as HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, IndusInd Bank, Yes Bank, IDFC FIRST Bank, or similar institutions with relevant NRI Banking experience will be preferred.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
