Typing & Documentation- Type medical reports, discharge summaries, prescriptions, and letters
- Transcribe doctors’ notes and dictations accurately
- Ensure correct formatting and presentation of documents
Medical Records Management- Maintain and update patient records
- File and retrieve documents as required
- Ensure proper documentation standards are followed
Accuracy & Quality- Proofread documents for errors (spelling, grammar, medical terms)
- Ensure high level of accuracy in medical terminology
- Avoid duplication or omission of data
Coordination- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for clarification
- Follow up for pending reports or corrections
Confidentiality- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information
- Follow hospital data protection policies
Report Handling- Prepare investigation reports and summaries
- Ensure timely submission of reports to concerned departmentsGeneral Duties- Maintain typing records/logs
- Assist in departmental administrative tasks
4. Qualification & ExperienceCriteriaRequirementQualification Any Degree / Diploma (Medical Transcription preferred)
Experience 1–3 years in hospital/diagnostic center (Freshers with typing skills can apply)
Typing SkillsMinimum 30–40 WPM with high accuracy
Computer SkillsMS Word, Excel, Hospital Software
