Job Description – Sales & Business Development Executive (Grain Silo & Water Storage Division)
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to support business growth in the Grain Silo Storage and Water Storage Division. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client relationship management, sales conversion, and supporting marketing activities for turnkey storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in grain silo storage and water storage sectors.
- Connect with potential clients, conduct follow-ups, and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Present customized turnkey storage solutions and convert leads into successful sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project discussions and client servicing.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports to monitor performance and business progress.
- Assist in executing marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive mindset.
- Knowledge of sales reporting and CRM practices.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
