Administrative Support
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and confirm appointments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and organize office files, documents, and databases.
- Office Inventory: Monitor and order office supplies, stationery, and pantry items as needed.

Operations & Security
- Access Control: Monitor office security by ensuring visitors sign in and follow safety protocols.
- Department Coordination: Liaise with HR, admin, or facility teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the first line of customer service by handling complaints or forwarding them to the appropriate escalation point. [1, 2, 3]
- Call Handling: Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and address general queries.
- Correspondence: Process incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages.
