E-Commerce Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Shopify Website Designer & E-Commerce Manager to build, manage, and optimize our online store using Shopify. This role combines website design, user experience, product management, digital merchandising, and online sales strategy to improve customer experience and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Website Design & Development
- Design and maintain a visually appealing, mobile-responsive Shopify website
- Customize Shopify themes and templates
- Update banners, landing pages, collections, and product pages
- Improve website speed, navigation, and user experience (UX)
- Ensure website functionality across devices and browsers
- Integrate Shopify apps, plugins, and third-party tools
E-Commerce Store Management
- Upload and manage products, pricing, inventory, and collections
- Write and optimize SEO-friendly product descriptions
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates
- Manage promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
- Process and monitor orders, returns, and customer inquiries
- Ensure smooth checkout and payment gateway functionality
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Optimize website SEO and conversion rates
- Manage email marketing campaigns and automation
- Coordinate social media and paid advertising campaigns
- Analyze website traffic, sales, and customer behavior using analytics tools
- Generate performance reports and recommend improvements
Performance Optimization
- Track KPIs such as conversion rate, cart abandonment, ROAS, and average order value
- Conduct A/B testing for product pages and landing pages
- Improve customer retention and repeat purchases
- Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies
