Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve performance metrics.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Mandatory Versant Level 6 or above.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in US shifts.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
