Tele Caller Executive
We are a fast-growing digital solutions company providing services in website development, cybersecurity, digital marketing and IT solutions to clients across multiple industries. We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele Caller to join our team and help us connect with potential clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and client details.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Follow up with existing customers regarding services and support.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and updates.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
- Ability to handle customer queries effectively.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in tele calling, customer support or sales.
- Experience in IT, digital marketing or website-related industries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
