About the Role
We are looking for a confident, friendly, and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing suitable courses based on their educational background, career goals, and interests. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students, handling enquiries, conducting follow-ups, and supporting the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and understand their educational and career goals.
- Explain courses, curriculum, benefits, duration, fees, and career opportunities clearly.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and direct interactions.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Build a good relationship with students and parents.
- Address student and parent queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the academic and admission teams.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested and pending leads.
- Provide accurate information about courses and admission procedures.
- Assist students throughout the admission process.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information.
