To deliver professional, accurate and timely support to customers, drivers and internal stakeholders by handling inbound and outbound
calls, Providing Online and Offline Support, resolving inquiries and complaints, coordinating with relevant departments, and ensuring all
cases are recorded, followed up and closed as per company standards.• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional, polite and timely manner.
- Verify customer / driver details accurately before taking action or sharing information.
- Provide correct information related to taxi services, company procedures, policies and operational requirements.
- Record every interaction properly in the approved system with accurate tagging, remarks and case details.
- Resolve routine inquiries at first contact wherever possible and escalate unresolved cases to the concerned department.
- Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, Meter, Training, Accounts, Customer Care and other departments for case resolution.
- Support RTA, Dubai Police and other authorized external stakeholders by sharing approved information only.
- Follow up complaints, service requests, lost & found cases and refund-related matters until closure.
- Report system issues, call disruptions, application errors or operational challenges to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer, driver and company data at all times.
- Ensure driver and vehicle quality standards are met in line with RTA and company requirements.
- Maintain inspection records, track non-compliance, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Investigate quality-related incidents or violations and implement preventive measures. Communicate with all departments on day to day affairs. Communicate with Customers/Drivers on need basis.Communicate with RTA . External auditing bodies
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
