We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Gujarati-speaking Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with leads, and assisting clients with basic information about our immigration services.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries.
- Communicate with clients in Gujarati (Hindi and basic English are an advantage).
- Explain our immigration services and answer basic customer queries.
- Schedule appointments for immigration consultants.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Fluent in Gujarati (Mandatory).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM).
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage.
