Hospital Pharmacist
Position: Hospital Pharmacist
Department: Pharmacy / Cath Lab
Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm
Experience: 1–3 years in a hospital setup
Registration: Valid State Pharmacy Council registration
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispense medicines and medical consumables as per prescriptions and hospital protocols.
- Handle Cath Lab medicines, contrast media, emergency drugs, and consumables.
- Ensure timely availability of required medicines and consumables for Cath Lab procedures.
- Maintain proper stock levels for Cath Lab and emergency medications.
- Monitor expiry dates, near-expiry stock, and proper storage conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of medicines issued and consumed during procedures.
- Coordinate with Cath Lab technicians, nurses, doctors, and other departments for medication requirements.
- Maintain records of high-alert and emergency medicines as per hospital SOPs.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with pharmacy regulations and NABH standards.
- Assist in procurement and replenishment of Cath Lab-specific medicines and consumables.
- Maintain pharmacy records, inventory reports, and daily/monthly MIS.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of temperature-sensitive medicines where applicable.
- Follow medication safety, infection-control, and hospital quality protocols.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,516.50 per month
