Job Summary:
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service. The role ensures exceptional guest experiences, maintains high-quality standards, manages costs effectively, and leads the F&B team toward achieving revenue and service goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food, beverages, and service standards.
- Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in compliance with company and statutory regulations.
- Manage menu planning, costing, and coordination with the kitchen and service teams.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and P&L reports.
- Implement cost control measures for food, beverage, and labor.
- Maximize profitability through effective pricing, upselling, and waste reduction.
Guest Experience:
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and quick resolution of complaints.
- Regularly interact with guests to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and presentation.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to enhance productivity and morale.
- Foster teamwork, discipline, and a professional work environment.
Compliance & Quality Control:
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Conduct regular audits of F&B operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quality products and timely delivery.
Marketing & Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, events, and seasonal menus.
- Support banquet and event sales through planning and coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
