Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Executive to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the college. The candidate should have good communication skills, coordination abilities, and basic knowledge of office administration. The role involves handling student records, coordinating with faculty and departments, assisting management, and ensuring smooth functioning of administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations of the college.
- Handle student admissions, records, documentation, and file management.
- Coordinate with faculty, students, parents, and management.
- Maintain attendance records, reports, and office data.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, events, seminars, and academic activities.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Prepare letters, notices, reports, and official documents.
- Support HR and accounts department with basic coordination.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office supplies and infrastructure.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and organizational information.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a team environment.

- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in administration, education sector, or office management is preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in administration or office coordination preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
