ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking two motivated Business Development Executives to grow our Outdoor Advertising (OOH/DOOH) client portfolio. You will be responsible for new business acquisition, client servicing, and developing integrated out-of-home campaign pitches that connect brands with audiences at scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Prospect, pitch, and onboard new clients for OOH, DOOH, and integrated outdoor campaigns
– Own the complete revenue pipeline — from lead generation and proposal development to deal closure
– Build and nurture long-term relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, and media agencies
– Pitch integrated multi-format campaigns that combine traditional OOH with digital amplification
– Collaborate with the creative and operations team to ensure flawless campaign execution
– Maintain detailed account plans, revenue forecasts, and pipeline reports
– Monitor industry trends in outdoor media to develop competitive, insight-led pitches
– Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets consistently
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
– 2+ years of experience in outdoor media sales, agency business development, or media planning
– Fluency in both Hindi and English — essential for client communication across diverse businesses
– Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
– Knowledge of OOH and DOOH landscape, inventory types, and media buying principles
– Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills
– Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and media planning software
– Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
GOOD TO HAVE
– Established network of client contacts in the Delhi NCR advertising market
– Experience with programmatic DOOH or digital outdoor buying platforms
– Prior experience at a media agency, outdoor vendor, or advertising agency
