Field Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients in the field, promoting products/services, and expanding the company's customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Meet prospective and existing customers to present products and services.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and visit updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or direct sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
