Responsibilities include addressing customer requirements, supporting service teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery and response to inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to ensure accurate stock tracking and reordering.
- Experience in Service Parts management and distribution to ensure timely availability and efficient supply chain workflows.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in on-site settings in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the automobile industry or spare parts management is mandatory
