Your future duties and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack enterprise applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.
Develop high-performance RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.
Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using Angular or React.
Design and optimize database schemas and queries using SQL Server, Oracle, or MongoDB.
Develop event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka for asynchronous messaging.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver business requirements.
Integrate applications with internal and external systems through REST APIs and messaging platforms.
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.
Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Utilize GitHub Copilot to improve development efficiency and maintain coding quality.
Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production issue resolution.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Mandatory Skills
8–10 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
Strong proficiency in Java 8 or above.
Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as:
SQL Server
Oracle
MongoDB
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.
Experience with Git-based version control systems.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Angular or React.
Experience with JUnit/TestNG for unit testing.
Familiarity with Maven or Gradle.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, or ELK.
