About the Job
Digital Quester is looking for an organized and proactive Admin Executive to manage daily office operations, team coordination, and recruitment activities. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure smooth internal processes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:
- Managing employee attendance, leave records, and office documentation.
- Coordinating with team members on daily tasks and updates.
- Posting job openings and screening candidate applications.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with applicants.
- Assisting with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Following up on pending tasks and ensuring timely completion.
- Maintaining reports, spreadsheets, and administrative records.
- Supporting management with operational and administrative requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in administration, HR, recruitment, or office management is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive approach to work.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
