Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Drive sales activities for new, existing, and lost accounts across the national market.
- Network Expansion: Expand and manage the company’s distribution network pan-India, identifying key potential markets.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales team, tracking lead generation, conversions, and setting clear KPIs to maximize performance.
- Commercial Operations: Prepare accurate commercial quotes (including freight calculations), handle negotiations with distributors, and monitor the cycle till final delivery and payment realization.
- MIS & Reporting: Create monthly sales projections, weekly action plans, and maintain quarterly customer data. Generate regular MIS reports for the senior management.
- Exhibition Management: End-to-end planning, budgeting, setup, and logistics handling for national/regional trade exhibitions and events.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with production, operations, and purchase teams for smooth sales execution.
Requisite Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 12 to 15 years of hardcore experience in national sales and marketing of automotive engine spare parts (Pan India).
- Core Keywords / Product Expertise: Prior experience handling Engine Valves, Cam Shaft Assembly, Rocker Arms, Valve Guides, and motorcycle/three-wheeler spare parts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree/MBA is highly preferred).
- Age Limit: Between 35 to 45 years.
- Travel: Must have a proven history of extensive traveling and willingness to travel frequently across India for market visits.
- Location/Conveyance: Candidates should reside within 20 Kms of Bahadurgarh with self-conveyance, or be genuinely willing to relocate.
