Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to manage client coordination, billing submissions, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation activities with government hospitals and institutional clients. The role requires regular interaction with clients, timely documentation, collection management, and reporting to ensure smooth business operations and service continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Submit bills, invoices, and supporting documents to government hospitals and institutional clients within stipulated timelines.
- Follow up with concerned departments for payment processing and collection of outstanding dues.
- Coordinate with finance and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely clearance of payments.
- Maintain records of submitted bills, pending payments, collections, and outstanding reports.
- Prepare MIS reports, status reports, payment trackers, and management updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives and hospital authorities.
- Handle client communication regarding service-related issues, documentation, and payment matters.
- Monitor receivables and support in reducing overdue accounts.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with client requirements.
- Visit client locations as and when required for coordination and payment collection.
- Support business continuity through effective client management and timely issue resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Marketing or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in client coordination, billing, collection, account handling, or institutional marketing.
- Experience dealing with Government Hospitals / Healthcare Institutions will be preferred.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of billing procedures and payment follow-up.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and report preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Good documentation and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and follow-up capability.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
