Job Summary:
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, employee records, statutory compliance, and employee engagement. The role ensures smooth HR processes and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and consultancies.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Conduct joining formalities and employee induction.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other employment documents.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and shift records.
- Update employee data in HRMS/Excel.
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Conduct exit interviews and complete full-and-final settlement documentation.
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
- Verify attendance, overtime, leave, and deductions.
- Assist in statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, and other applicable regulations.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and grievances.
- Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Support performance appraisal and training programs.
- Maintain positive employee relations and workplace discipline.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare HR reports on recruitment, attendance, manpower, attrition, and leave.
- Maintain HR dashboards and documentation.
- Support HR audits and compliance audits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or any Graduate.
- MBA/MSW in HR is preferred.
Experience:
- 2–4years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
- Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
