Job Summary
The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for supervising kitchen operations, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring smooth coordination within the kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen staff and daily kitchen operations
- Ensure food is prepared and served as per hotel standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation
- Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients
- Coordinate with restaurant/service staff for timely orders
- Monitor kitchen inventory and report stock requirements
- Ensure kitchen equipment is used properly and maintained
- Handle guest food complaints professionally
- Train kitchen staff on hygiene and safety procedures
Required Skills
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
- Team management and supervision skills
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Languages Known : Telugu ( Compulsory ).
Qualification
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in hotel/restaurant kitchen operations preferred
Working Conditions

- Salary - 15,000 to 18,000 per month
